Shane Beamer provides injury updates ahead of Week 4 bout versus Charlotte

Shane Beamer updated the injuries of several Gamecocks ahead of South Carolina’s Week 4 bout against Charlotte.
He provided some positive updates and some not so positive updates. Some guys who missed time against Georgia are still questionable next week.
Beamer more injuries: Spaulding, Cam Smith, Rucker, Roderick, Huntley are all questionable this week.

Charlotte should be an easy win for the Gamecocks regardless of the injury status of all these players. I’d be surprised if any see strong action against the 49ers.
The Gamecocks especially need Cam Smith back for South Carolina’s future battles against Kentucky and Texas A&M back-to-back. There’s little point in risking reaggravation against Charlotte.
We’ll see Saturday at 7:30 what Beamer decides to do.
