South Carolina TE Robert Tucker done with football due to neck issues
Robert Tucker’s football career is over.
South Carolina’s true freshman tight end is calling it quits due to medical issues in his neck, coach Will Muschamp announced Tuesday during a news conference.

Tucker will stay in school and remain involved with the program in some fashion, Muschamp said. The 6-foot-3, 238-pound tight from Atlanta was taking a redshirt this season after being recruited as a three-star prospect.
