300-pound highlight: Pinstripe Bowl features rare defensive tackle Pick 6 touchdown

It’s not often you see an interior lineman score a touchdown. It’s even more rare to see that score come after an interception.

Despite how rare those scores may be, that’s what we were treated to in the 2019 Pinstripe Bowl as Michigan State senior defensive tackle Mike Panasiuk scored a touchdown against Wake Forest with an improbable Pick 6 during the second quarter of the bowl matchup.

Believe it or not, this wasn’t Panasiuk’s first interception of his Michigan State career but it will likely prove to be the most memorable as it resulted in his team jumping out to a lead in the Pinstripe Bowl.
