Deion Sanders and Colorado have turned heads already as the Buffaloes not only opened the scoring against TCU on the road, but answered the Horned Frogs score and took the lead again.

Sanders made waves, and headlines, much of the offseason, between fans, media and other coaches by the way he re-made the Colorado roster and brought in dozens of transfers. But Coach Prime remained confident in his plan to get Colorado back on track after years of being virtually off the college football radar.

Sanders had plenty of media coverage leading up to the game, including interviews Saturday morning with ESPN and FOX Sports.

Colorado led TCU at halftime 17-14, as former Alabama RB Trey Sanders had a pair of touchdowns for TCU. Dynamic 2-way star Travis Hunter had 6 catches for 31 yards for Colorado as he played more than 60 snaps. The Buffs got a field goal at the buzzer and overcame a fumble in the first half.
