Kam Dewberry kept Texas A&M’s momentum going on the recruiting trail on Wednesday.

A 4-star offensive lineman out of Atascocita High School in Humble, Texas, Dewberry announced that he committed and signed with the Aggies on ESPN2 during the 1st day of the early signing period. Among the other schools that Dewberry were considering were Alabama, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Texas.

However, Dewberry opted to join a Texas A&M 2022 class that is among the best in the nation. The Aggies are now ranked No. 2 in the country, per the 247Sports Composite rankings, after Dewberry became the 16th 4-star recruit to commit to them.

Dewberry is the No. 3 interior offensive lineman and No. 91 overall recruit in the 2022 class, per the 247Sports Composite rankings.

Texas A&M will have the flexibility to use Dewberry at nearly any position on the offensive line, and it could potentially have him play at multiple spots. So he’s a versatile recruit who brings more tremendous value to the Aggies’ 2022 class.
