Texas A&M fell victim to a roast from the Armed Forces Bowl just before kickoff between James Madison and Air Force.

The jab consisted of the account reminding everyone that James Madison and Air Force both beaten the Utah State. It then reminded fans that beating teams with Aggies in their name like Texas A&M isn’t too tough.

“Both James Madison and Air Force have one common opponent this year – Utah State. Both teams beat the Aggies,” the bowl game said. “Of course, beating teams called Aggies isn’t that hard – see also Texas A&M.”

The Aggies probably didn’t expect to catch some strays from the Armed Forces Bowl on Saturday. Especially since Texas A&M is going to be playing in a different bowl game. The Aggies of Texas A&M will be facing Oklahoma State in the Texas Bowl on Dec. 27.

Kickoff from NRG Stadium will be at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN/ESPN+.
