George began his college career at Highland Community College in 2018. In 2019, he was named a JUCO second-team All-American and rated one of the top JUCO transfer prospects in the class by 247Sports and Rivals. After picking up 24 scholarship offers, George chose Texas A&M as his transfer destination ahead of the 2020 season.
Texas A&M listed George as a senior on its roster each of the last 2 seasons. In 2021, however, he only played in 4 games, which means he can apply a redshirt season. With the NCAA’s COVID-19 waiver for 2020, George will be a sixth-year redshirt senior in 2023.
In his time with the Aggies, George played in 19 games. In 2022, he played in 5 games, recording 7 tackles and a pass breakup.
