One of the nation’s top uncommitted linemen has made his college decision as four-star Addison Nichols has just publicly announced his commitment.

Nichols is a Vol.

The Georgia native picked Tennessee over finalists Ohio State and North Carolina. Nichols also held offers from Georgia, Florida and Southern Cal, among many others.

The Norcross, Ga., native announced his decision during a live ceremony from his Greater Atlanta Christian School school, which was broadcast by CBS Sports HQ.

The 6-foot-5, 305-pound Nichols is rated as a four-star prospect, the No. 3 offensive guard in the country, and Georgia’s No. 12 overall prospect and the No. 107 overall recruit in the country in the 2022 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

He is now the highest-rated prospect committed to Tennessee in the 2022 recruiting cycle. The Volunteers currently have commitments from 13 prospects in the 2022 recruiting cycle.
