Editor’s Note: Da’Rick Rogers has been cut by the Indianapolis Colts following his arrest.

Former Tennessee wide receiver Da’Rick Rogers finds himself in more legal trouble. The talented former five-star prospect and current Indianapolis Colts wideout has been arrested on a drunk driving charge.

Rogers was arrested last night for driving under the influence on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, according to Fox 59. The report also claims that Colts cornerback Loucheiz Purifoy was a passenger in the vehicle Rogers was driving.

According to the report, Rogers was pulled over at 3:35 a.m. after he was seen driving on and over the yellow line. A breathalyzer revealed that his blood-alcohol content was between .08 and .15.

Rogers has a history with legal troubles dating back to his time in Knoxville. As a sophomore at Tennessee in 2011, the Georgia native led the SEC in catches and receiving yards. However, Rogers was dismissed the following season after failing multiple drug tests and transferred to Tennessee Tech.

The 23-year-old receiver went undrafted in 2013, spent training camp and the preseason with the Buffalo Bills and later signed with Indianapolis. Rogers made five appearances during his rookie season, starting in three games for the Colts. In 2014, Rogers has been inactive every week and could be in serious danger of losing his roster spot following his latest legal situation.
