Former Tennessee DB Rashaan Gaulden was a Round 3 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, going to the Carolina Panthers.

He spent the 2018 season and part of the 2019 season with the Panthers before signing with the New York Giants at the end of the 2019 season.

Earlier this year, he had tryouts with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennessee Titans before he ended up with a new team on Monday. As you can see below, Gaulden has signed with the Las Vegas Raiders and will be a member of their practice squad:

The Raiders are firmly in the playoff race, so it’ll be interesting to see if Gaulden makes an impact before the year is over.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, teams have to have plenty of players ready to go at a moment’s notice this year.
