Josh Dobbs is getting another look in the NFL. The former Tennessee quarterback that was released by the Cleveland Browns worked out for the Denver Broncos on Friday, according to ProFootballTalk.

Dobbs was cut to clear space for Deshaun Watson, who came off the suspension list this week.

The 6-foot-3, 216-pound Dobbs played at Tennessee from 2013-16. The dynamic Dobbs amassed 7,138 yards and 53 touchdowns through the air, while rushing for 2,160 yards and 32 scores on the ground for the Vols.

Dobbs captured the Music City Bowl MVP in 2016. In 2017, Tennessee gave Dobbs the 2017 Torchbearer Award, which is the highest honor for an undergraduate student .The award recognizes accomplishments throughout the community and academics.

The Pittsburgh Steelers selected Dobbs with the 135th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. For his NFL career, Dobbs has totaled 45 passing yards and 31 rushing yards in 6 games. Dobbs was also a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars during the 2019 season.
