The Sheriff is building himself a watering hole.

Tennessee legend Peyton Manning plans on joining the renovation revolution that’s occurred in Knoxville over the years by building his own restaurant and bar, according to WVLT Channel 8 in Knoxville. The restaurant, set to be located on Cumberland Avenue, will be called “Saloon 16” after Manning’s days wearing No. 16 for the Volunteers.

The project is projected to be complete in the spring of 2020.

Manning retired from the NFL back in 2016 after helping the Denver Broncos win Super Bowl 50. During his pro career, Manning threw for 71,940 yards and 539 touchdowns. During his four years on Rocky Top, Manning passed for 11,201 yards and 89 touchdowns.
