Peyton Manning will be a member of the 8-person Pro Football Hall of Fame’s 2021 class, along with guys like Charles Woodson, Calvin Johnson and Alan Faneca.

Every year around this time, the players who will be enshrined in Canton, Ohio, are surprised either by a phone call or a visit from Hall of Fame president and CEO David Baker.

As you can see below, Baker had some help surprising Manning. A pair of his former Tennessee coaches — David Cutcliffe and Phillip Fulmer — were involved in the Hall of Fame reveal:

Those 2 former Vol coaches were joined by Tony Dungy, Jim Caldwell and Gary Kubiak before Baker broke the news to Manning officially.

It couldn’t have been too much of a surprise for Manning, though, as he’s about the biggest no-brainer Hall of Famer ever. He was a shoo-in to be inducted on his first ballot after winning 5 NFL MVP awards and 2 Super Bowls.
