Photo: Butch Jones visits children injured in Chattanooga bus crash
With the Vanderbilt game and Thanksgiving holiday, it’s a very busy week for UT coach Butch Jones, but he found time to visit Chattanooga bus crash victims. Twitter user Dustin Fleming (@fleming_dustin) shared the following photo of Jones visiting the hospital:
Upon learning of Monday night’s crash, Jones and Vanderbilt coach Derek Mason both offered their sympathies to the school children and their families. The bus was carrying 37 Woodmore Elementary School children aging from kindergarten to fifth-grade when it turned on its side and struck a tree. As of Wednesday morning, CNN reports that the crash claimed five children’s lives and dozens were injured.
