Quick Take: Tennessee offense must continue to challenge No. 12 Georgia

Tennessee found itself trailing 21-17 at halftime. The Vols jumped out to a 10-0 lead before allowing 21 unanswered points and answering on their final drive of the half.
Tennessee hasn’t played great, but well enough to remain in contention entering the third quarter. Jalen Hurd has 70 yards on 11 carries in his SEC road debut and is on pace to set a season-high once again. Justin Worley has completed the majority of his passes, despite missing the mark on some would-be big plays.
Josh Malone has looked solid in his first career start. The five-star freshman has three catches for 25 yards and has been targeted several times.
Tennessee will need to continue scoring in order to force Hutson Mason to pass. The Georgia running game has played as well as expected, but Mason hasn’t seen as strong results, outside of a touchdown pass to Nick Chubb. For the Vols to remain in contention, they will need to put together more scoring drives.
