Reports: Senior Tennessee DL arrested early Saturday morning
The Tennessee Volunteers are getting ready for spring practice to start soon, and as they do that, they now have to deal with an arrest of a key defender.
On Saturday morning, rising senior DL Darel Middleton was reportedly arrested and taken to jail.
Per reports, Middleton was arrested on 2 charges — 1 for domestic assault and the other for public intoxication:

Tennessee DL Darel Middleton was arrested early Saturday on charges of domestic assault and public intoxication, according to police records.

Middleton came to Tennessee from the JUCO ranks last season, playing in all 13 games. He recorded 28 total tackles and a sack during the 2019 campaign.
Tennessee released the statement included in both above tweets, but coach Jeremy Pruitt has yet to weigh in. Details of the arrest have yet to be released.
