Everyone in college football is talking about Georgia State going into the house that General Neyland built and taking down Tennessee 38-30.

It wasn’t a fluke either. Jeremy Pruitt said it best during his postgame press conference.

“To me, the best team out there won the game today,” Pruitt admitted.

Tennessee fans once again got a brutal dose of just how bad rebuilding a program can be; however, there’s no excuse for losing to Georgia State, a team that went 2-10 last season and didn’t even have a program 11 years ago.

The Panthers are even trolling the SEC and Tennessee with a new shirt.

The Vols loss got the SEC Shorts treatment this week. SEC Shorts, an online comedy series exploring the crazy world of college football in the south, dropped its latest parody Sunday night, and it has Tennessee breaking up with the College Football Playoff.
