The Tennessee Volunteers landed a huge recruit out of the state of Georgia when 4-star wideout Kaleb Webb, committed to the Vols over Michigan and Louisville.

Webb explained to Volquest, why he choose to play football in Knoxville.

“The bond I have with the coaching staff, I feel like I can put up great numbers at a high level of football in the SEC with Coach Heupel’s offense”

The other thing that attracted Webb to Tennessee was how Josh Heupel has developed young quarterbacks like Drew Lock and how he was able to be successful at a program like Central Florida.

Webb also says he is still growing as a player.

“I still have room to grow and room for development.”

The early signing period begins on Wednesday, Dec. 15.
