Orr joined the Volunteers as a preferred walk-on ahead of the 2019 season. That year, he played in 3 games. He primarily saw time on special teams in 202o.

“My time at Tennessee has come to an end (and) I will miss taking the field with my brothers,” he wrote on Thursday. “No one can take the bond we created away from us…With that being said I will be entering the transfer portal with 3 years of eligibility left!!”
