The Tennessee Volunteers had preseason hopes of making it to the College Football Playoff.

While that may not happen, the 7-3 Vols just need to win its final two games and have Florida lose to LSU next week in order to face Alabama in the SEC Championship game.

According to 247 Sports, “Mere hours after Tennessee dispatched Kentucky, 49-36, before a crowd of more than 101,000 inside Neyland Stadium, UT sent out an email blast to boosters, alumni and more that outlined precisely how Vols’ fans can seek to obtain tickets for the SEC title bout to be held Saturday, Dec. 3, inside the Georgia Dome.”

No person is being allowed to order more than eight tickets for the game. The Volunteers haven’t won the SEC title since 1998 and certainly won’t be favored against the Crimson Tide if the two do square off.
