Tennessee lists Bell at 6-7, 265 pounds on the official roster. Out of high school, Bell was a 3-star ATH, a designation for multi-position players, on the 247Sports Composite. In addition to Tennessee, he picked up 11 other scholarship offers, including Auburn, Florida and Kentucky.
Entering the transfer portal does not bind Bell to leave Josh Heupel’s program, though his scholarship is no longer guaranteed at UT once in the portal.
