Tennessee had a fun time taking down its SEC East rival South Carolina 41-20 in Week 5. It also had a fun time trolling Gamecocks quarterback Spencer Rattler for his comments about Tennessee and the Volunteers’ crowd after the game.

Rattler talked about Tennessee’s win, “It’s like their Super Bowl tonight, so congrats to them.”

On Sunday morning following the game, Tennessee shared highlights of the game on social media while trolling Rattler. Tennessee released the video with this summary: “All the highlights from last night’s super BoWl,” in a mocking manner.

Last year, South Carolina dominated Tennessee 63-38 in Columbia. The Volunteers lost quarterback Hendon Hooker to an ACL tear in the 4th quarter.

This year, it was Tennessee that got the last laugh as the Volunteers’ defense held Rattler to completing 24-of-25 of his passes for 169 yards, 1 interception and a QBR of 33.6. The Volunteers held the Gamecocks to only 333 total yards. They accounted for 8 tackles for loss and sacked Rattler 6 times.

South Carolina (2-3) suffers its 3rd loss in the season with 2 in SEC play. No. 21 Tennessee (4-1) goes on a bye week in Week 6 before facing Texas A&M (4-1) at home in Week 7.
