Darel Middleton has found his new home. The departing Tennessee defender announced his transfer commitment to West Virginia on Wednesday night.

Middleton tweeted a video that appeared to be announcing a commitment to Ole Miss before a committed graphic with the West Virginia logo appeared.

Middleton announced his farewell to Vol Nation in late June. He started six games for the Vols in each of the past two seasons after signing with UT out of East Mississippi Community College.

With Tennessee, Middleton recorded 43 tackles, 2 sacks and a forced fumble.
