WATCH: David Letterman takes funny shot at Eli Manning during Peyton Manning statue ceremony

While Peyton Manning is being honored by the Indianapolis Colts with a statue outside of Lucas Oil Stadium, his brother, Eli, is trying to help the New York Giants avoid an 0-5 start.
Former late-night host David Letterman has been paying attention, and couldn’t resist taking a shot at the younger Manning during Peyton’s statue ceremony.
As you can see in the video below, Letterman points out that Peyton and Eli have the same number of NFL victories this year:

“I’m sorry, I was told this was a roast,” Letterman jokes while looking at Manning after delivering the one-liner.

The Colts are hosting the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. Eastern time. The game can be seen on FOX.
