Urban Meyer shares thoughts on Texas inserting Arch Manning into Georgia game

Urban Meyer provides coverage on college football as one of the analysts on FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff. He is able to provide insight that very few media people can as he is obviously as successful of a college football as we have seen in a long time.
He is the perfect guy to talk about what goes into the mind of a coach, and what leads to a certain decision. During the Texas and Georgia game, Longhorns coach Steve Sarkisian decided to pull Quinn Ewers and sub in Arch Manning in the 2nd quarter. Manning played a little bit, but Sarkisian went back to Ewers later in the game.
Meyer talked with Mark Ingram and Rob Stone on their Triple Option podcast about whether there is a quarterback controversy in Austin.
Does #Texas have a QB controversy on their hands like #Alabama did with Tua & Jalen Hurts??

“I think these discussions are had in advance,” Meyer said. “If you are not playing well at places like Texas, Ohio State, Alabama; there’s quality people behind you. If Mark Ingram isn’t playing good, there is a cat behind him who is going in.”
While people have been calling for Manning, Sarkisian and Texas have been very consistent in how they are handling the situation.
