Now that the basketball regular season and conference tournaments are over, there will be a flurry of activity in the NCAA transfer portal.

On Monday evening, a Vanderbilt player reportedly decided to enter the transfer portal to explore his options before next season.

Per AL.com’s Matt Zenitz, forward Ejike Obinna is planning to leave Vanderbilt after 3 seasons as a Commodore:

Obinna has been mostly used as a backup in his 3 seasons in Nashville, appearing in 75 games. He has made 33 starts, though.

For his career, Obinna has averaged 2.9 points and 3.0 rebounds per game. He played in 19 games with 4 starts this past season. Where he ends up next remains to be seen.
