Vanderbilt adds Thursday nonconference game to men’s basketball schedule

The Vanderbilt Commodores have been playing better basketball lately. They’re still near the bottom of the SEC standings, but they’re fresh off a 75-70 win over Ole Miss on Saturday.
This week, they’ll play at LSU on Tuesday night and at Ole Miss on Saturday, but they’re going to play 1 more game in there, too.
On Monday night, the Commodores announced they’d added Cincinnati, an AAC team, to their schedule for a Thursday game. The Commodores provided some facts about the matchup on Twitter:

The game is scheduled to tip off at 7 p.m. Eastern time and can be seen on ESPN+.
Vanderbilt is currently 7-13 overall and 3-11 in SEC action. Cincinnati is 9-9 overall and 7-6 in the AAC.
