Vanderbilt flips Texas linebacker from Tulane
Ethan Barr has been committed to Tulane since June, but Vanderbilt has flipped him to join the Commodores ahead of the Early Signing Period on Wednesday.
Barr is a 3-star prospect from Flower Mound, Texas, (Marcus) and has four offers. He’s the No. 78 inside linebacker in the country, and the No. 263 player in Texas, according to 247Sports. Barr announced on Sunday that he received an offer from Vanderbilt.
He’s the 13th player to commit to Vanderbilt, which has its Class of 2020 ranked No. 13 in the SEC and No. 75 in the country. He’s the only linebacker recruit in this class.
