Plaxico Burress blasts Nick Saban on Twitter
Former wide receiver Plaxico Burress, who played for Nick Saban at Michigan State, verbally blasted the Alabama coach on Twitter Wednesday following the defending SEC champ’s comments pertaining to early NFL draft grades at SEC Media Days.
Saban suggested some players may have been distracted by draft grades before the Crimson Tide’s loss to Ohio State in the College Football Playoff.
Burress seemed to take Saban’s comments personal and didn’t hold back:
I recall Nick Saban telling me to stay in school finish what I started, I wasnt 1st round pick and he left for LSU b4 the season was over
