The rehab process seems to be going nicely for Jonathan Williams.

Arkansas’ senior running back who missed all of this season following ankle surgery in August posted a video to his Instagram account this week revealing his first treadmill run since the procedure.

Rather than apply for a medical redshirt and return for another year, Williams said earlier this fall he would likely enter the NFL Draft. According to draft expert Dane Brugler, Williams’ return from surgery means he’ll endure extensive medical checks during the pre-selection process.

He’s currently listed as the 13th best draft-eligible running back available by CBS Sports.

Williams’ strength is his speed and agility despite being 230 pounds. He rushed for 2,090 total yards over his sophomore and junior seasons.

First time running with my full weight. Still a little bit of a limp but I’m on track for a full recovery. #blessed
