Report: A new name interviewing for Auburn's offensive coordinator job
Auburn has kept its search for a new offensive coordinator fairly quiet so far, an impressive accomplishment in the age of Twitter.
On Tuesday, though, a new name surfaced in connection with Rhett Lashlee’s old position, according to Oklahoma radio host John Hoover — current Oklahoma State offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich:
According to my co-host @Lauren_Rew, a source tells her that #OKState OC Mike Yurcich is interviewing at Auburn.

Oklahoma State finished with the 14th-best offense in the country in terms of yards per game, averaging 494.8 yards per contest.
However, that mark was only the fourth-best in the offense-happy Big 12, behind Texas Tech, Oklahoma and Baylor.
Speculation on the Tigers’ open position has been rampant, with former Oregon coach Mark Helfrich having recently been linked to the spot before being quickly tossed out of contention.
Whether Yurcich gets the job, or is just another rumored connection, remains to be seen.
