Former UGA LB Tim Kimbrough Jr. announces future plans

Former Georgia LB Tim Kimbrough Jr., who left the team in August, has announced his future plans in an Instagram post:

I’ve been thinking very hard about what I should do best for my future and I have came to a final conclusion on what I have decided. I would like to announce that I have decided to declare for the 2017 NFL Draft.

Kimbrough announced plans to transfer in August, saying he needed to be able to play this fall, implying he was not awarded a starting spot.

In three seasons with the Bulldogs (2013-15), Kimbrough played in 36 games and made seven starts. He recorded 104 total tackles, including 7.5 tackles for loss.
