“Today’s decision is the next step in the process to build our new Indoor Athletic Facility,” Director of Athletics Greg McGarity said. “We will now be able to share the impressive interior and exterior renderings of the facility with everyone. From a functional and aesthetic standpoint, this facility will be transformational for our entire athletic program.”

The project will cost an estimated $30 million and will be located on the Woodruff Practice Fields. It will also be connected to Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall. The facility will be 109,000 square feet, approximately 140 yards long, 80 yards wide and 76 feet high.
