Photos: South Carolina sends two truckloads of supplies to LSU to aid flood victims
Rivalries certainly happen on the football field every Saturday, but in times of trouble, competitors on the field turn to friendships, love and respect off of it.
Remember last year — Leonard Fournette auctioned off his used game jersey for $101,000 to send to the state of South Carolina’s flood victims.
The Gamecocks are helping to return the favor this year after the recent devastating flooding in Louisiana.
The University of South Carolina announced it was sending two truckloads of supplies to LSU to help with the flood relief, and boy, it wasn’t lying. The trucks arrived Saturday morning at Tiger Stadium, and it was a beautiful sight.
