Who were the SEC’s top 10 offensive players in 2014? Ask 20 different people, and you’d get 20 different answers.

But who are the SEC’s top offensive players who are either leaving for the NFL Draft or are graduating seniors?

Let’s project who will replace the SEC’s biggest offensive names in 2015:

1. Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
2014 stats: 124 rec., 1,727 yards, 16 TDs
Replacement(s): Robert Foster, Cam Sims or ArDarius Stewart
Buzz: Amari Cooper meant everything to Lane Kiffin and Alabama’s offense last season, and replacing Cooper may be the offense’s biggest question, even bigger than replacing Blake Sims, heading into next season. However, Robert Foster, Cam Sims and ArDarius Stewart will see the increased playing time in 2015. Stewart may be the best of the three.

2. Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia
2014 stats: 911 yards, 9 TDs
Replacement: Nick Chubb
Buzz: This was an easy one. Nick Chubb rushed for 1,547 yards and 14 touchdowns in an electrifying freshman season. But let’s not forget the impact Todd Gurley had at Georgia and the legacy he will leave. Gurley was the lesser of the two highly rated backs — the other was Keith Marshall — but he took fall camp by storm three years ago. This year it was Chubb’s turn, and he made people kind of forget about Mr. Gurley. How was that possible?

3. Blake Sims, QB, Alabama
2014 stats: 3,487 yards, 24 TDs, 10 INTs
Replacement: Jacob Coker
Buzz: Blake Sims wasn’t even supposed to start this season, but thankfully, he was three times the player everyone thought. Next year, the page turns to FSU transfer Jacob Coker, assuming he wins the job in spring practice. Coker has the raw tools to become an NFL prospect, and he’ll have a loaded backfield, talented receivers and O-line to work with.

4. TJ Yeldon, RB, Alabama
2014 stats: 979 yards, 11 TDs
Replacement(s): Derrick Henry and Kenyan Drake
Buzz: TJ Yeldon had one hell of a career, and he’s taking his game to the NFL. Next players up are the talented Derrick Henry and Kenyan Drake. Henry is an every-down back, but Drake could turn into Lane Kiffin’s toy on offense, similar to Reggie Bush. Drake’s upside and ability is very intriguing, and he’s still somewhat of a mystery.

5. La’El Collins, OT, LSU
Replacement: Jerald Hawkins
Buzz: Senior La’El Collins was a pillar at offensive tackle for LSU, and now, he’ll get his shot in the NFL Draft this spring. Although no one truly knows who will be the Tigers’ left tackle in 2015, my money’s on sophomore right tackle Jerald Hawkins. Hawkins could have easily left for the NFL Draft, but he’ll likely solidify the Tigers’ vacant position. Hawkins could have a higher ceiling at the next level than Collins.

6. Cameron Artis-Payne, RB, Auburn
2014 stats: 1,608 yards, 13 TDs
Replacement: Jovon Robinson
Buzz: Cameron Artis-Payne had a big season for Auburn, leading the SEC in rushing with 1,608 yards and 13 touchdowns; however, things could be even better for the rushing attack in 2015. Five-star JUCO transfer Jovon Robinson will be the every-down back, with Roc Thomas and others getting in the mix, but Robinson is a game-breaker and was the top JUCO player in the country.

7. Nick Marshall, QB, Auburn
2014 stats: 2,532, 20 TDs, 7 INTs
Replacement: Jeremy Johnson
Buzz: Nick Marshall was the catalyst for the style of offense Auburn loves, and his replacement, Jeremy Johnson, brings other strengths to the table, namely in the passing game. Johnson won’t be the elite runner that Marshall was, but he’ll be the elite passer Marshall wasn’t. Johnson looked good in limited time the last two seasons, and Gus Malzahn will build around his strengths.

8. Marcus Murphy, RB/KR, Missouri
2014 stats: 924 rushing yards, 9 TDs; 1,921 all-purpose yards
Replacement: Russell Hansbrough, John Gibson, Aarion Penton
Buzz: Marcus Murphy did a little bit of everything for the Missouri Tigers. He led the SEC with 1,921 all-purpose yards and broke school records for punt returns. Murphy was the game-breaker that Mizzou could count on in the running and receiving game, too. It will be hard for Mizzou to replace Murphy with one player; rather, the Tigers will have to replace him at a position-by-position level at running back, receiver and special teams. John Gibson is likely to handle the kick return duties, while Aarion Penton will probably handle the punt returns.

9. Josh Robinson, RB, Mississippi State
2014 stats: 1,203 yards, 11 TDs
Replacement(s): Ashton Shumpert, Brandon Holloway
Buzz: While Dak Prescott received the most ink in 2014, Josh Robinson was the catalyst for the offense. With 1,200 yards and 11 TDs, Robinson struck fear into defensive coordinators, and players just got tired of tackling him in the fourth quarter. He did start to run out of gas toward the end of the season, but he was dynamic and will head to the NFL Draft. Ashton Shumpert and Brandon Holloway should see many more carries, with Shumpert likely leading the way.

10. Bo Wallace, QB, Ole Miss
2014 stats: 3,194 yards, 22 TDs, 13 INTs
Replacement(s): Chad Kelly, DeVante Kincade or Ryan Buchanan
Buzz: How will Bo Wallace be remembered by Ole Miss fans? Rebels’ fans will remember Wallace in a better mind in a few years, but for now, his replacement isn’t known. Assuming Chad Kelly stays at Ole Miss, he should win the job. He’s very talented, but his history suggests he’s a head case. Kincade and Buchanan looked okay at times in 2014, but both have a long way to go. The good news is Hugh Freeze has options, and between the three, one will emerge to win the job.
