Tim Tebow, oft-criticized for his underwhelming passing ability during a brief stint in the NFL, may be giving pro football another shot according to various reports.

The ex-Florida Gator and two-time national champion recently voted the SEC’s best player of the decade will likely attend the NFL’s veteran combine on March 22 after training extensively over the last several weeks with noted quarterback guru Tom House.

House told Ben Volin of the Boston Globe last week that Tebow, “went from being a little inaccurate and didn’t throw a whole lot of spirals, to throwing very accurate and real good at spinning the ball.”

Tebow was a member of the New England Patriots’ practice squad during the 2013 season. He worked last season as a college football analyst for the SEC Network.
