This year, several Kentucky players have complained on social media about various aspects of the game, from not getting enough playing time to not throwing the ball enough.
After a lopsided loss to Mississippi State on Saturday, WR Blake Bone was the latest to voice his complaints, basically saying the Wildcats should throw the ball more.
On Monday, coach Mark Stoops addressed the social media issue, saying the team had a meeting about it and he expects it to stop:
On players’ social media frustration being so public, Stoops said they met about that yesterday and that it will stop.

For a team that is 5-2, the Wildcats have simply done too much complaining this year. If the players can refocus and take care of business moving forward, it could still be a special year in Lexington.
However, if the Wildcats can’t control their complaints, things could unravel quickly.
This weekend, Kentucky hosts Tennessee in what should be a chance for Stoops’s team to pick up a big SEC East victory.
The game kicks off at 7:30 p.m. Eastern time and can be seen on the SEC Network.
