Is it possible that Reuben Foster was a model citizen in Tuscaloosa and simply went the other way once he left the strict confines of Nick Saban’s football program, landed a significant amount of money after being drafted in the NFL and gained greater access and time to explore his options outside of football?

Sure, but Ross Tucker, NFL analyst for NBCSN and SiriusXM radio, isn’t so sure.

Tucker took to Twitter Friday morning with an interesting question regarding all the issues Foster has found himself in immediately after leaving Alabama’s program and consistently since that time. Did Alabama enable Foster during his college career, or did they simply have the structure in place to help him manage his issues while at the same time get him to excel on the field?

It’s a fair question to ask and one that’s gained a ton of reaction online.

Which option that Tucker presents seems more plausible to you?
