Recently, Nebraska coach Scott Frost’s house was burglarized, and some valuable memorabilia was stolen from him.
On Thursday, Lincoln police made an arrest in the case, but the arrest was interesting, as it involved a teenage girl.
According to Riley Johnson of the Lincoln Journal Star, a 17-year-old girl has been arrested in connection with the burglary after being found with a shoe from Frost’s Oregon days:
BREAKING: @Lincoln_Police have arrested a 17yo girl in the 7/29 burglary at #Huskers Football Coach Scott Frost in south #LNK. Police found one of the #GoDucks Oregon shoes taken from Frost’s garage in the girl’s possession. More arrests could be coming, police say.

Whether or not there are more arrests remains to be seen, but it sounds like police have at least one of the burglars in custody.
Hopefully, this means the Nebraska coach gets some of his valuable (and irreplaceable) possessions back soon.
