Despite No. 1 Alabama steamrolling its competition so far, the team’s detractors are still trying to find ways to poke holes in the Crimson Tide’s resume.

The biggest criticism is Alabama’s schedule, which has featured just one AP Top 25 team so far (Texas A&M). Though the Crimson Tide handled the Aggies by the end of the third quarter and has blown out the rest of its opponents, there are still those who don’t believe Nick Saban’s squad is as good as it’s hyped up to be.

Running back Damien Harris issued a response to those critics, which you can see in a the video below that was tweeted by Marq Burnett.

“We’re not worried about who the outside world thinks is a challenge for us,” Harris said. “We know that we’ve faced a lot of different challenges and a lot of teams that have given us some form adversity in a game, and this will be no different.”

Harris, of course, is referring the Alabama’s massive showdown at No. 4 LSU (7-1, 4-1 SEC) at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday. No matter the outcome of that game, nobody will be able to say the Crimson Tide (8-0, 5-0) hasn’t been tested once the final whistle has blown.
