Recently, it was reported that South Carolina DE Shameik Blackshear’s name was listed in the NCAA transfer portal, and now we know where he’ll end up.
Blackshear, a former 4-star recruit in the 2015 recruiting class, will head west to a Big 12 school for his final year of eligibility.
As you can see below, Blackshear took to Twitter on Saturday to announce that he’d be heading to Fort Worth to play for the TCU Horned Frogs in 2019:

As a graduate transfer, Blackshear will be able to play for Gary Patterson and the Horned Frogs right away in 2019.
In 2018, Blackshear appeared in 10 games for the Gamecocks, recording 27 tackles (four for a loss) and a sack.
