While Alabama has had Auburn’s number in football of late, the Tigers have still pulled off some memorable upsets, including one in 2017 with RB Kerryon Johnson having a great season.

Lately, though, Auburn has had the Tide’s number in basketball, advancing to the Final Four this year as Alabama lost in the first round of the NIT and fired its coach.

So, when an Alabama fan called out Johnson for saying the refs robbed the Tigers on Saturday, he fired back, calling Alabama fans “irrelevant” and telling them to enjoy the next NIT:

Alabama has momentum under new coach Nate Oats already, but it’ll be tough to match what Bruce Pearl is putting together at Auburn for a few years to come.

If you come at Johnson on Twitter, though, just know he’s going to fire back.
