On Monday evening, 4-star 2020 DT Jaquelin Roy released his list of top-10 schools as he narrows down his options for next fall.

Naturally, for a native of Louisiana who attends University Lab High School in Baton Rouge, the LSU Tigers made the cut, but they weren’t the only SEC team.

As you can see below, eight SEC squads — LSU, Florida, Georgia, Ole Miss, Alabama, Texas A&M, Mississippi State and Tennessee — made his list:

Those eight SEC programs will compete with Big 12 powerhouses Oklahoma and Texas for Roy’s services next fall.

Per the 247Sports composite, Roy is the No. 5 defensive tackle in the class of 2020 and the No. 2 overall recruit from the state of Louisiana.
