Clemson lands commitment from nation's No. 1 2020 QB, improving their No. 1 recruiting class
The Clemson Tigers are the defending national champions, and they are looking like a potential dynasty in the making.
Yes, the SEC has powers in Alabama and Georgia, but Clemson is the No. 1 team for now for a reason. And, on Sunday, the rich got even richer.
As you can see below, 5-star QB DJ Uiagalelei announced he was committing to the Tigers, giving them four 5-star players already in the 2020 class:

Per the 247Sports composite, Uiagalelei is the No. 1 pro-style quarterback in the class of 2020 and the No. 2 overall recruit in the state of California.
Rivals recruiting analyst Adam Gorney broke down just how strong the Tigers’ recruiting game has been since the start of April:
Since the beginning of April, #Clemson #ALLIN has landed commitments from the Nos. 1, 6, 16, 23 and 42 players in the country. Four are five-stars and one is one step away from five-star status. Complete domination on the recruiting trail.
