On Wednesday afternoon, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens finally got to play their game that was originally scheduled for Thanksgiving night.

The Steelers beat the Ravens, who have been depleted by COVID-19, during the game that was broadcast on NBC.

During the broadcast, analyst Cris Collinsworth caused a stir with some comments he made about female Pittsburgh fans:

Late on Wednesday night, Collinsworth took to Twitter to issue a statement apologizing for his comments and to any women he offended:

Collinsworth has been around the game for a long time and has served as the commentator for Sunday Night Football alongside Al Michaels since 2009.
