Kenny McIntosh was the latest to learn that it has been an career day for the turf monster.

Fans and media alike took to social media to roast the Fiesta Bowl’s (grass) field conditions for TCU-Michigan earlier Saturday evening. Now, the Peach Bowl is getting in on the fun.

McIntosh had what looked like an easy 62-yard touchdown jaunt to tie the game at 21. He cut back and beat Ohio State safety Ronnie Hickman, finding nothing but green turf in front of him. Instead of 6, McIntosh stumbled and fell about 10 yards short.

The call from Chris Fowler was all-time.

Georgia went on to score regardless with a Stetson Bennett keep and, with a strong answer from the Buckeyes, now trails Ohio State 28-24 with under 1 minute remaining until halftime.

The winner of the Peach Bowl will play TCU in the National Championship game. Buckle up, there’s a lot of football to be played.
