Bryce Young has heard all the questions about his height, but contrary to those fans and media who have recently tuned in during the NFL Draft process, the former Alabama quarterback has heard it all his life.

Young said during an interview with the Pivot Podcast that he couldn’t remember a time when he wasn’t questioned about his size.

“I’m 21, I’ve been dealing with this my entire life, this is not new at all,” Young said. “I’m not someone who wants to go out and combat everything people say about me or refute.”

Young also doesn’t keep score about who got what wrong, but the beauty in sports is to have an opinion about different individual athletes.

“That’s cool, I’m good with that,” Young said. “For the people that support me, and believe in me, I’m super grateful. But for everyone who thinks I’m too short, or whatever it may be, I never take that stuff personally.”
