Ja’Corey Brooks caught a 28-yard touchdown pass in the corner of the end zone, as he lifted Alabama into a tie in the Iron Bowl with 24 seconds remaining.

After a review, the play was confirmed by the officials, and Alabama kicked an extra point to tie the game at 10. It was a 97-yard drive in 12 plays as Bryce Young got his first touchdown pass of the game and 39th of the season.

Alabama’s offense struggled for much of the game, especially in the first half, but that catch setup the first overtime in Iron Bowl history. It was only Brooks’ second catch of the game, as he ended regulation with 49 receiving yards on 5 targets.
