Published:
Alabama guard Jahvon Quinerly suffered a knee injury in a loss to Notre Dame in first round of the 2022 NCAA Tournament.
He was one of Alabama’s brightest stars last season and will make an impact on the Crimson Tide this year – perhaps just in time for conference play.
Nate Oats said Tuesday that Quinerly is on track to return to game action perhaps as early as the first weeks of December.
Alabama’s Jahvon Quinerly (knee) has returned to parts of practice and could return to game action “by early December”, per Nate Oats.
Quinerly averaged 13.8 PPG and 4.2 APG last season.

Alabama’s team this season is still set to be strong in Quinerly’s absence. Freshman forward Brandon Miller is looking like the real deal, as is Ohio transfer Mark Sears. Key pieces such as St. Bonaventure transfer Dominick Welch and Nimari Burnett could help this team rebuild from the losses of Keon Ellis, Jaden Shackelford and JD Davison from last year’s team.
