The UCF Knights were honored at the NFL Pro Bowl in Orlando (where UCF is located) on Sunday afternoon, and the self-claimed “national champions” took the opportunity to boast about their “title” once again.

That is starting to rub Alabama defender Isaiah Buggs the wrong way, as the Knights have gone on a long, drawn-out “victory” tour.

Therefore, he responded to a video of the Knights at the Pro Bowl by telling them to put up or shut up and schedule Alabama:

It didn’t take UCF’s account long to respond, tweeting that the Knights do in fact want to schedule the Crimson Tide to prove their might:

Buggs had the last laugh, though, responding to that tweet with a picture of himself with the College Football Playoff trophy:

Indeed, as much as the Knights boast about their championship, they won’t be getting any pictures with the CFP trophy anytime soon.

That trophy will be kept safe in Tuscaloosa, the fifth championship trophy won by the Crimson Tide since coach Nick Saban took over the program in 2007.
